Work on the 2012 Schedule continues. Although it is not yet final, it seems almost certain that the courses listed in last month’s Horn will be included in our schedule. They are Penderbrook, Westpark, Old Hickory,
Herndon, Forest Greens, Goose Creek, Bowling Green (South),Virginia Oaks, Bull Run, Osprey’s, The Gauntlet, Bristow Manor, Prince William, Pleasant Valley and South Riding. That would be sixteen events at fifteen courses, South Riding would be played twice.
What is firm is our opening game at Penderbrook on Monday, 26 March. We will have our 2012 organizing meeting and lunch at 10:30 and our tee time will be at noon.
We plan to include the 2012 schedule and the Golf Association membership application in the March Horn.
